Workshops

 

A candle making workshop is a hands-on class where participants learn how to make candles from scratch. The workshop typically covers the basics of selecting the appropriate wax, wicks, and scents, as well as techniques for melting, pouring, and setting the candles. Participants can take home their creations at the end of the workshop.

Some workshops will also have another element to it, like a floral or sign painting workshop, so that your candle will have time to set.

🕯️ Candle Making with Diane
Start the workshop by making a 100% soy wax candle under Diane's expert guidance. Choose from a wide variety of scents to create your own signature fragrance. Whether you love fresh, floral, or cozy aromas, your candle will be truly one-of-a-kind. You’ll also walk away with the skills to make more at home!

🎨 Sign Painting with Sherri
Next, get creative with Sherri as she leads you in painting a stunning framed wooden sign. Using stencils, you’ll design a piece of wall art with a meaningful sentiment that will be perfect for your home or as a thoughtful gift. You will have the option to pick one of three different designs at the workshop

Price - $90.00 per person

Time afternoon session: 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Time evening session: 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Parking is free either on the street or in the municipal lot behind the building. 

 **Note if your candle is not set by the end of the class you are welcome to leave it in store and pick up at a later date.
